How do I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. If you need to exchange an item for another, it is best to place a new order. Certain item such as tools and one time use items are not eligible for return. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to verify that this product is compatible with your application. If you ordered the wrong item for your application, YOU are responsible for the return shipping.
- Contact us within 15 days of purchase. No returns over 30 days will be accepted.
- Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for return or complete a return form.
- A refund to your original payment method will be given after parts are returned and inspected by our returns department.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product must come back in the original manufactures packaging undamaged and uninstalled or your return WILL NOT be accepted.
