JSPP C6 E4OD 4R100 Rear CASE Bushing Installation Tool Similar to T36008A

This tool allows you to install One Piece Case bushing for e4od, c6, and 4r100. You can use it instead of the OE style 2 piece case bushings which are very hard to install. Installation Instructions 1. Remove worn or damaged OEM bushings from transmission case. 2. Remove any ridge or case material with a hone if the bore ID is irregular or not center machined. 3. Apply Loctite sealant to case bore. 4. Align the lubrication hole of the replacement bushing with the hole in the transmission case. 5. It is important to use the installation tool similar to T36008A to prevent deformation of the long, thin-walled bushing. In addition, the tool shoulder is designed to seat the bushing at the proper depth. Install the bushing with grooves to front. 6. After installing the bushing, confirm that the lubrication holes are properly lined up and that the correct clearance has been maintained between the bushing and output shaft.
