Our Billet output shaft supports are high-strength replacements for the stock Powerglide output shaft support. They’re made from high-strength 6061-T6 billet aluminum to ensure rigidity where it is needed most. The supports are purposely built for racing, eliminating the provisions for the governor. A high load installed roller bearing keeps friction losses to a minimum, the billet alloy support lowers the weight dramatically. Our output shaft supports can be used with both STd & Shorty OEM and aftermarket tail-shaft housings to allow for use in almost any drag racing application. They are very easy to install and are a simple bolt-on installation which can benefit both street cars, bracket racers and professional drag racers.
